LEED® Consulting
LEED projects require the integration of owner, design professionals, and builders to achieve high-performance, sustainable buildings. Green building practices must be documented to achieve LEED certification. Aqua Cura can help your project team to integrate its efforts and to use the LEED system to achieve your goals cost-effectively.
Dave Sheridan's experience as a member of the LEED Steering Committee and Chair of the LEED Implementation Advisory Committee, enables him to provide incisive advice to project teams. With this advice, the LEED process can work as a framework for achieving a high-performance, sustainable project, rather than a financial burden on the project.
LEED® Training
Dave Sheridan provides LEED training to owners, design and construction professionals, and developers. Since LEED 2009 and new LEED AP credentialing requirements were introduced, he has taught exam preparation workshops in many Middle Atlantic locations.
Aqua Cura has also developed specialized classes including:
- LEED documentation for contractors
- LEED for Existing Buildings implementation
- General LEED introduction

Sustainable Water Management Consulting
Aqua Cura continues to practice in this area, which will become increasingly crucial to project success as the limits of our water resources become apparent.
Rainwater capture, storage, and use for flushing toilets and urinals are likely to become more prevalent in LEED projects, in response to more stringent water conservation requirements in LEED 2009.
